Meet the Staff
A graduate of Allegheny College, Audrey holds a BA in International Studies and Spanish, as well as a Masters of Public Management Degree from the School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College.
Prior to joining the Mt. Lebanon Community Foundation in June of 2011, Audrey was the Director of Projects and Operations at Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board (TRWIB), an organization that oversees federal and state job training and job placement dollars flowing through Allegheny County. In this position, Audrey was responsible for the fundraising, project planning, contracting, monitoring, and evaluation of over $2.5 million in grants from government, corporate, and private foundations. She also implemented a new strategic plan, streamlined the organization’s infrastructure, and provided support to a 50 member Board of Directors.
Audrey’s background also includes time with the Coro Center for Civic Leadership in Pittsburgh, where she managed an internship program and assisted with several leadership-training programs. Prior to moving to Pittsburgh and joining Coro, Audrey was the Assistant Director for Community Service and Service-Learning at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
Throughout all of her work, Audrey has remained committed to leadership, community involvement, and improving the lives of those living around her. As a resident of Mt. Lebanon with a young daughter, Audrey has a passionate interest in the community’s future success. She hopes that she can use her organizational skills and her leadership training to ensure that Mt. Lebanon maintains its unique character for generations to come.
