Meet the Executive Committee
JOSEPH KING
PRESIDENT Joseph King is a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo and is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients within the Commercial Banking Group. He is a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Pittsburgh Chapter, and is a member of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association. King is also active in the community as a member of the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devil Club. He has been a volunteer coach for both the Mt. Lebanon Basketball Association and the Mt. Lebanon Girls Softball Association as well. Joseph King is a long-time Mt. Lebanon resident and a 1977 graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School. He earned a BBA degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1981. King and his wife, Janet, also a long-time Mt. Lebanon resident, have two grown daughters, Bridget and Erin. |
CHARLES STOUT
FIRST VICE PRESIDENT Charles and his wife Jean have lived in Mt. Lebanon since 1982. Both are natives of NE Ohio and have three grown sons, all of whom were educated in the Mt. Lebanon schools. Charles is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and Capital University Law School. He was formerly a Senior Vice-President with Ayco / Goldman Sachs Company and now devotes much of his time to charitable causes. He is active at Southminster Presbyterian Church and a board member of Eden Hall Foundation, Brothers Brother Foundation, Washington County Habitat for Humanity, and Point Park University. He enjoys leading Habitat for Humanity teams on international assignments (South Africa, Vietnam, Bolivia, Costa Rica) and is a former volunteer firefighter for the Mt. Lebanon Fire Department. |
RICK LERACH
SECOND VICE PRESIDENT Rick Lerach grew up in Mt. Lebanon and graduated in 1994, attended Penn State and graduated in 1998 with a BS in Business Administration. Rick currently is a Senior Associate with Gateway Financial. Prior to joining Gateway Financial, Rick spent 10 years at a global brokerage firm as a Senior Portfolio Manager, helping individuals and institutional clients with their investment and financial planning needs. Rick currently serves on the Boards’ of the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh and the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devil Club. |
STEVE SAXTON
SECRETARY Steve Saxton and his wife, Teresa, moved to Pittsburgh from Washington, DC and selected Mt. Lebanon as the ideal location to raise their two children. Steve is the founder of Seneca Rocks Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses grow. He has been active in the South Hills YMCA and has led fundraising initiatives for its Camp AIM program, a summer camp for physically and mentally challenged children. |
BONNIE BAGAY
DEVELOPMENT CHAIR Bonnie is currently a successful realtor with Howard Hanna. Before the birth of her daughter, she served in an executive capacity as Vice President of Corporate Services, a role that required her significant involvement with community relations endeavors at Howard Hanna. Through the years, Bonnie has spent her “free time” as a community volunteer at organizations such as Family House, St. Lucy’s Auxiliary to the Blind, Animal Friends and Mt. Lebanon Jr. Women’s Club. She also spends time serving her church, Southminster Presbyterian, as a Sunday school teacher. Bonnie is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and has been a resident of Mt. Lebanon for more than 20 years. |
RUBY KANG
IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT Ruby Kang grew up in Mt. Lebanon and graduated in 1983, attended Duquesne University and graduated in 1988 with a BS in Pharmacy. She worked as a community pharmacist until her third child was born after which she “retired” and moved on to being a community volunteer. Ruby is involved in the PTSA at the High School, was past board member of Outreach Teen and Family Services, and is a current board member of Ladies Hospital Aid Society. She is married to James Kang, orthopedic spine surgeon at UPMC and they have 3 teenaged children. |
